The Sanctuary Within
6 week Microdosing Integration
This six-week program is for people who are already microdosing on their own and want a steady, grounded container to help them understand the unfolding journey. Microdosing often opens subtle emotional, somatic, and intuitive layers, and without support these changes can feel confusing, untethered, and hard to articulate.
Over six weeks, we slow things down and make space for what is emerging so your insights can be grounded and integrated, embodied, and meaningful.
Our work begins by exploring where you are now, where you are headed, and how the medicine is supporting you on this journey.
Each session becomes a space to see the themes rising emotionally, energetically, spiritually, and creatively. We look at how old patterns are softening or resurfacing, how your body is responding, and how your perspective or intuition is shifting. The intention is to help you anchor these changes in a way that feels grounded and connected to the life you’re living.
To support this process, you will receive;
-
A workbook to help you track and stay present in the process
-
Weekly 60 min sessions that are deeply attuned to your needs and process.

What You will Get
Throughout the program, you’ll be working with an integration workbook created specifically for this process. It helps you track weekly insights, emotional patterns, somatic cues, and creative or intuitive openings.
It also guides you through simple practices that support your unfolding; journaling prompts, grounding techniques, somatic awareness exercises, or creative invitations that help you express what words can’t always reach. This workbook becomes the thread between sessions, helping you stay connected to the deeper purpose of your journey.
This program is for people who want emotional, spiritual support as they move through their microdosing experience. It’s a good fit if you’re sensing inner movement but aren’t sure how to make sense of it, if you’re navigating grief or transition, if you’re experiencing creative or spiritual openings, or if you simply feel ready for a more intentional, heart-centered way of walking this path.
Program Details
Sessions are held weekly for 60 minutes.
The integration workbook is shipped to clients within the United States; clients outside the U.S. receive a digital version to print or use electronically.
All sessions are remote, allowing you to join from anywhere.
The six-week structure creates a rhythm of support that helps you stay grounded, attentive, and connected to the deeper meaning of your microdosing experience so the shifts you’re feeling become part of your growth rather than moments that pass you by.

Please note: I do not supply medicine, and I do not guide dosing, frequency, or protocols. Your microdosing practice remains your own. While this program focuses primarily on integration, I may also support you in preparation for future intentional journeys if it aligns with your goals and my scope of practice.
My Story
I came to this work through a long, personal relationship with inner inquiry; learning how to stay present with uncertainty and the tension of transformation, trust in the natural intelligence of the process, and the moments that don’t resolve quickly.
Over time, I learned that insight alone is sometimes not enough for lasting change. What matters is having a steady, supportive space where being witnessed in our inner reflection can help us embody the insights and new awareness.
My gift and my passion lie in creating an environment that allows for that in a safe, calm, expansive field that can allow for the natural intelligence of consciousness to thrive.
In this six-week journey, my role is not to dictate or manage your process, but to provide gentle guidance, simple structure, reflective practices, and consistent presence as you explore your own journey. I support people in slowing down, listening inward, and allowing understanding to unfold at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
This work is educational and integrative in nature. While informed by my professional background, it is not therapy or treatment, but a supportive space for self-reflection, self-growth, meaning-making, and deepened awareness.
